We do not accept refunds or exchanges. However, we understand that sometimes mistakes happen and things can go wrong. If the print/embroidery on your item is damaged, we will be happy to offer you an exchange. In order to begin the exchange process, please send us photos of the damaged item within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the photos and determine if the item is eligible for an exchange. If the item is eligible, we will send you a replacement item free of charge.
Please note that we are not responsible for any damage that occurs after the item has been worn or washed. Additionally, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs due to improper care of the item.
