Our standard process is the Direct to Garment (DTG) method of printing. That means we can create photo-quality prints, the amount of colors used doesn't affect pricing, and there aren't any order minimums. We use Kornit printers for all DTG-printed garments. 

We use three main types of embroidery: 

-Flat embroidery—the thread is embroidered flat onto the product

-3D puff—a foam insert gives the embroidery a raised look

-Partial 3D puff—a combination of flat and 3D embroidery

With the print-on-demand business model, we only fulfill products that are ordered, so keeping excess stock of products that are unpopular or have high damage rates is not viable. We constantly evaluate each product in our catalog and sometimes have to make the decision to stop offering some of our products.

Print-on-demand is a more sustainable approach to fashion production as we customize the product only when a customer has already made an order. There’s no leftover stock and this way we’re producing less waste than traditional apparel manufacturing.
